Our service menu makes it easy for you to decide which services will suit you best. We also believe in fair pricing, so you’ll find that our rates are some of the best in the city. Additional rates for travel, parking, and early morning (bookings that start before 7am) may also apply. For on location bookings, a 50% of your total bill deposit is required. If a trial is needed beforehand, please contact us for pricing. In addition to our pre set packages, we also offer the option to create a custom package (please inquire).

Finish The Look
During makeup appointments, you have the option of purchasing false eyelashes, both strip and individual, and having them applied by your artist. We offer 2 different brands for purchasing:
Assorted Miss Adoro Strip/Cluster Lashes (usually 1-3 times use max) – $12
Selection of Premium Mink Esqido Lashes (reusable up to 30 times!) – $32+
If there is a product in store that you would like to use, please do not hesitate to ask your artist! We carry cosmetic brands Youngblood, Younique, Makeup Forever, and more! Sampling a new foundation or lip colour may just result in your new favourite product!

Our downtown Vancouver location is conveniently placed in the middle of the city on Hornby and Nelson, with many different options for accessibility and transit. A short walk for most downtown residents and workers, however parking can sometimes be a little tricky, but can usually be found within the block on either Howe or Hornby Street. Alternatively, there is also a paid parking garage located underneath the Sheraton Wall Center, directly across from Prép.
We also offer mobile beauty services! Most hair and makeup appointments can be booked on location at an additional cost. A pre determined travel fee per artist (based on location) is added to your bill, as well as any additional parking fees (per artist). For bookings that take place in locations such as Whistler, Victoria, Hope, Kelowna, etc, overnight accommodation may be required.

FullSizeRender-6As the prom/graduation season is during wedding season as well, artists are high in demand and are available on a first come first serve basis. To secure bookings, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total bill is required. All prices do not include tax or gratuity (.15%). Bookings starting before 7am are subject to early morning fees (per artist). Consultations and trials are available, please inquire.

Blue Hues: LimeCrime Liquid Liner Review

A while back we published a blog on current spring beauty trends, one of them being the return of 70’s inspired blue eye makeup. We decided to have some fun and try out our own rendition of the look as well as review the popular liquid liner formula from Lime Crime Cosmetics. Here’s how it went!

Mika had previously purchased Lime Crime Liquid Liner in “Blue Milk” and hadn’t tried it yet, so IMG_1717instead of using the Nars product mentioned in our spring beauty trend blog we went with something new. I had been eager to try out this look for a while, and the added bonus of using Lime Crime for the first time made this a super fun experience. That morning, I had washed my face as per my usual routine of a daily oil free exfoliant and Eminences Clear Skin Moisturizer (available at Prép).

For my face, we wanted to keep it pretty simple as  the focus was the eyes. I am pretty fair so we had to fake a bit of a tan to draw out the depth of the blue. Mika corrected my skin tone with the Stila Color Correcting Palette using a damp Beauty Blender. I love how easy correcting with cream pigment is with the Beauty Blender! She patted in some Youngblood tinted moisturizer as well as added a couple swipes of Becca Cosmetics Champagne Pop Highlighter. My brows were tamed with a few expert strokes of Benefits Gimme Brow. A light dusting of Laura Mercier setting powder finished my face.FullSizeRender-2

Once I was bronzed to perfection, Mika used some nice brown Burberry shades for my eyelids before she applied the liner. The brush we found to be not the best quality for application, so Mika ended up using a normal angle brush. The liner went on a little thin but dried pretty fast so we were able to build it up to a perfect intensity and the matte finish popped drastically against the browns. I ended up wearing the liner for the duration of the day and was pleasantly surprised that by 10pm the liner was still just as intense and precise as it was when it was just done.  I really enjoyed using Blue Milk and it is a colour I will definitely invest in for myself. We know that spring can be a tricky time when it comes to your skin. The transitioning weather and blooming plant life can really take a toll on the skins appearance and leave you wondering why your normal skin regime isn’t doing its job. Its typical to experience a little drynes or over production of oil in the T- Zone. Many people also experience acne breakouts around hairlines due to the warming weather and increased perspiration.

One of our must haves to fight off spring skin woes is Eminences Stone Crop Gel Wash! This lightweight gel cleanser is a perfect solution to washing away all impurities without drying out the skin, and can be used by people with even the most sensitive of complexions. The oil free formula works to balance skin tone and minimize blemishes and scarring. We love how cool and refreshing a good lather with this gel leaves the skin!

How To Use:
–  Dispense a small amount (pea sized) into hands and dilute with water
– Apply to skin and massage in using small circular motions, being sure to cover all the face and neck. Massage for 1-3 minutes.
– Remove with a warm damp face cloth and finish with a spritz of Eminences Stone Crop Hydrating Mist.
