Prép Policies- Please read before booking!

Cancellation Policy:

For all scheduled bookings, we require a deposit in order to secure the appointment (Visa, MasterCard only). (You can pay with a different method after your appointment).

Please note all appointments modified or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service as the cancellation fee. We do this as a courtesy to both our artists and the clients patiently waiting on our waitlist. Any no-shows will be charge 100% of service cost.

Delayed Arrival:

Prép Beauty Parlour books all of our artists back to back. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late (or even 1 minute late for lash removal appointments), we may unfortunately have to shorten your appointment, or reschedule in order to achieve results you want. Please note that we will have to cancel and reschedule appointments if you arrive later than 20 minutes. The cancellation fee will apply as well. 

Bookings/Before Your Appointment:

Please be sure to arrive at any lash appointments- lashes/lash lift, eye makeup free. Removing the makeup will shorten the lash application time, as well the extra removal may cause irritations to your eye.

When booking for a fill, please ensure you have at least 50% of your lashes left. If not, you may be charged for a full set.

If you are booking a nail appointment online, please be sure to book additional gel polish removal / add nail art time. You can give us a call at 604 764 6452 if you require assistance! We will be more than happy to help!
