Ever since Jeffree Star, Kat Von D., and Kylie came out with liquid lipsticks, everyone has been dying to have the entire collection! Like lipsticks, liquid lipsticks can come in a variety of finishes. Matte (Jeffree Star’s Celebrity Skin is on Prép’s top hot list!), shiny, and sheen. After you’ve applied a coat of colour, it should be smooth, not drying, and lightweight- you shouldn’t even feel it. However, different lipsticks work differently for everyone.
